Signal source
Turn the customer conversations already happening in Slack into signals, one flagged thread at a time.
What VocxAI does with Slack once it's connected.
Flag a thread, capture a signal. @mention the VocxAI bot inside a thread and that thread becomes a signal. Nothing is captured until someone deliberately flags it.
Not a channel listener. The bot only needs to be present in a channel so it can be mentioned. It doesn't read the rest of the conversation.
Same pipeline as every other source. Captured threads are classified and clustered into themes alongside tickets, calls and feature requests.
What's possible
A customer-facing channel or an internal escalation thread has a real request buried in it. One @mention puts it in front of the same ranking that tickets and calls go through.
Support, sales and customer success don't need a new tool or a new habit. Anyone who sees a useful thread can capture it where they already are.
A captured thread is clustered with similar signals from other sources, so a single Slack conversation can strengthen a theme that already has ticket and call evidence behind it.
Access & control
Connecting is done from Settings → Connectors in the app. The setup guide walks through every step.
Read the setup guideConnect it, and let the signals, revenue and code context flow into one ranked backlog, with a human approving every step.
