These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.vocxai.com and the VocxAI platform, currently available in private beta, operated by VocxAI, Inc. ("VocxAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or platform, you agree to these Terms.
Using our site and platform
You may use www.vocxai.com to learn about VocxAI and join our waitlist. If you're admitted to the private beta, you may use the VocxAI platform under the scope described in your beta agreement or, absent one, under these Terms. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse it - including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or access data you're not authorized to see.
Accounts and access
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that happens under your account or organization's access. Let us know promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.
Your data
If you connect customer signals (support tickets, sales call notes, reviews, CRM records) to the VocxAI platform, you retain ownership of that data. We process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't use your customer data to train models for other customers or claim ownership over it.
Our intellectual property
The VocxAI platform, website, and underlying software are owned by VocxAI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
Fees
Private beta access is currently provided under terms agreed individually with each participating organization. General pricing will be published when VocxAI moves to general availability.
Disclaimers
Because VocxAI is in private beta, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output (specs, code, or pull requests) will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose without human review.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VocxAI won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or end private beta access at any time, particularly given the beta nature of the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our product and practices evolve, particularly as we move from private beta toward general availability. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
