VocxAI, Inc. ("VocxAI," "we," "us," or "our") operates www.vocxai.com and the VocxAI platform, currently available in private beta. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to our marketing site and to organizations using the VocxAI platform.
Information we collect
We collect a few different categories of information depending on how you interact with us:
- Site usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Tag Manager to collect standard analytics data - pages viewed, referring URL, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Information you provide directly. If you join our waitlist or otherwise contact us, we collect what you submit - typically your name, work email, and company.
- Customer data processed on your behalf. If your organization is a VocxAI platform customer, we process the customer signals you connect - support tickets, sales call notes, reviews, and CRM records - solely to provide the service to you. We act as a data processor for this data; you remain the data controller.
How we use information
- To operate and improve our website and the VocxAI platform
- To communicate with you about private beta access, product updates, or your account
- To provide the core VocxAI product - clustering, prioritizing, and drafting specs from the customer signals you've connected
- To understand aggregate site and product usage so we can prioritize what to build next
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who host our infrastructure or provide analytics (for example, AWS and Google), under obligations to protect your data
- Integrations you authorize, such as your CRM, support tool, or GitHub, strictly to provide the connected functionality
- Legal or safety reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VocxAI, our users, or others
Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining performance, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes. For platform customers, retention terms may also be governed by your service agreement.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights

Children's privacy
Our site and platform are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
