Credits are how VocxAI meters the AI work done on your behalf: analysing feedback, chatting with your data, drafting PRDs and running build agents. Your Usage page shows exactly which features used how many credits, so there are no surprises.
On Free, AI features pause until you upgrade. On Pro and Team, your work keeps going: you get a small buffer, and after that we charge your card on file for another 1,000-credit pack ($10) so a long build never stops halfway. If a charge fails, AI features pause until you update your payment method.
Connectors bring in customer signals: Slack, Zoho Desk, Nolt and Granola. GitHub is required for every workspace and never counts toward your limit.
Nothing is lost. Extra builds wait in the queue and start automatically as soon as one of your running builds finishes.
Monthly plan credits reset each billing period and don't roll over. Free credits are a one-time grant and don't expire.
Yes, from the Billing page in your workspace. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, with the extra credits added straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Not for the Free plan. Pro and Team need a card at signup, and your workspace opens as soon as the first payment goes through.
