Connect Slack
Capture customer feedback straight from the Slack conversations your team is already having - opt-in per thread, not a full-channel listener, so nothing gets pulled in without someone flagging it.
Step 1: Start the connection
Go to Settings → Connectors and click Connect on the Slack card. You'll be redirected to Slack's own authorization screen.
Step 2: Authorize the workspace
Sign in to the Slack workspace you want to connect and approve the install. If your workspace restricts app installs to admins, you may need an admin to approve it on Slack's side.
Step 3: Invite the bot to a channel
Back in Slack, invite the VocxAI bot into any channel where customer conversations happen. It doesn't read anything on its own - it just needs to be present to be @mentioned.
Step 4: Capture a thread
When a thread has feedback worth capturing, @mention the bot inside that thread. Only that thread becomes a signal - VocxAI doesn't listen to the rest of the channel, and nothing is captured until someone deliberately flags it this way.

Disconnecting
Disconnect in Settings → Connectors removes VocxAI's record of the connection. If you want to fully revoke access, also remove the app from your workspace's installed apps in Slack's own settings.
