Coming soonRevenue scoring
Automatically pricing every theme against your CRM data - so the backlog ranks itself by ARR at risk or ARR unlocked instead of whoever escalated loudest - is on the roadmap, but it isn't built into the product yet.
Not live yet. This page describes where revenue scoring is headed, not a feature you can turn on today. Everything else in these docs describes what's actually shipped - see Introduction for what's real right now.
What it's meant to do
The idea: every theme gets priced against real revenue data the moment it's detected, so prioritization is driven by ARR at risk (customers who might churn over it) or ARR unlocked (deals that depend on it) rather than manual guesswork or whoever's loudest internally.
What exists today
In the meantime, prioritization is manual rather than automatic:
- Themes and signals carry whatever account and ARR context a connector provides (for example, a Zoho Desk ticket's account name), shown alongside the evidence for a theme - but nothing computes a revenue-weighted score from it.
- Ranking the backlog - what to promote, what order to build in - is a manual call you make from the signal volume, evidence, and feasibility spike behind a theme. See Signals & themes.
