Connecting your stack
A connector is anywhere customer feedback already lives - a support desk, a Slack channel, a call recorder, a feature-voting board. GitHub is the one exception: it doesn't feed signals in, it's where the code lives that themes get compared against and where agent-built changes land as pull requests.
Live today
These connect and sync in the product now - from Settings → Connectors.
Installs as a GitHub App on an organization you choose, with access to the repositories you select during install. Used for codebase research, feasibility checks against your themes, and opening the pull requests build agents create. See the Connect GitHub guide for the full walkthrough.
Invite the VocxAI bot to a channel, then @mention it inside a thread to capture that thread as a signal. It's opt-in per thread rather than a full-channel listener, so nothing gets pulled in without someone flagging it.
Connects to a Zoho Desk organization and syncs support tickets as signals, on the background schedule or on demand with Sync now.
Enter your board's slug and an API key from your board settings - no OAuth screen. Syncs feature-request posts and their upvote counts as signals.
Enter a workspace API key from Granola under Settings → Connectors → API keys. No callback URL or app authorization needed - meeting notes and call summaries are polled periodically and segmented into individual signals.
Coming soon
Visible in Settings → Connectors today but not yet wired up: Intercom, G2 Reviews, HubSpot, Jira, Linear, Typeform, and Chorus.ai. If one of these is what's blocking you from trying VocxAI, tell us - the roadmap for new connectors follows what people actually ask for.
Sync frequency & manual sync
Connected sources sync automatically on a background schedule. You don't have to wait for it - every connector has its own Sync now button, and a top-level Sync signals button runs the same sweep across every connector on your account at once, useful right after you've just connected something and want to see it working immediately.
What happens next
Every signal that comes in - regardless of source - goes through the same pipeline: classification, embedding, and clustering into themes. See Signals & themes for how that works.
