It connects to the tools your customers and teams already use, and does three things continuously: - **Understands** - ingests tickets, calls, reviews and CRM notes, then clusters them into themes and prices each one against your CRM data. - **Prioritises** - ranks the backlog by ARR at risk or ARR unlocked, not by whoever escalated last. - **Builds** - turns an approved theme into a PRD, then into a pull request written and tested by an agent against your actual codebase. - [Quickstart](https://www.vocxai.com/docs/quickstart) - Connect a data source and a repo, and review your first agent-built PR. - [Core concepts](https://www.vocxai.com/docs/signals-and-themes) - Signals, themes, revenue scoring, agents and approval gates - how the pieces relate. ## How a request becomes a PR Every change VocxAI ships follows the same pipeline, whether it started as a support ticket, a sales call, or a churn note: 1. **Signals come in.** Connectors pull from Slack, Zoho Desk, Nolt, Granola and more, in real time or on a schedule. 2. **Themes cluster and score.** Signals are deduplicated and grouped into themes, each priced against ARR from your CRM. 3. **A PRD is generated.** Once you approve a theme for the roadmap, VocxAI drafts a spec from the signals behind it. 4. **An agent builds it.** A build agent reads your codebase, writes the change, and runs your test suite inside a sandboxed clone. 5. **You review the PR.** The change opens as a normal, reviewable pull request.
